I proved the Sentinels can become hot enough to easily melt reinforced metal. If you believe WS's arm can resist then you need to provide some evidence.
So to assume the Sentinel can't lay a hand on this duo is silly. The team doesn't have too many ranged options here

In fact Sunspot could fly way faster than Cap/WS can move, had ranged attacks, could keep his distance, and still got beaten by the Sentinels.
