Oh I agree, the Sentinel definitely has better options available; I personally think Flame Form would practically give the Sentinel an auto-win...

That said, that ranged attack would one shot Winter Soldier if it landed flush...

Its a bit slow. He would dodge it easily. Would be like getting hit by a Zamboni at the speeds WS and Cap fights. Going h2h using arm spikes and claws would be its best chance while in diamond form.
