Can you explain why it's sexist that he essentially said this woman was attractive? Why?

Again, this is what was said:

Dissect that for me and explain the sexist parts. It sounds like he said, to nobody in particular, the equivalent of "chick has nice legs". It's just he didn't know the mic was on. It's not like she just gave a speech at the UN and when asked for his opinion all he could talk about was her legs. Likewise it's not like the president just gave a state of the union address and all this guy could talk about was the ladies. It was after a friggin post victory speech by Donald Trump lol.

Since it can't be..it just friggin can't be..that this is sexist merely because the woman is some successful independent woman who this guy thought was hot. There is no way we've gotten to a point where it's not okay to think a female is attractive unless you also acknowledge all her accomplishments in the same sentence. Surely our country hasn't gone that insane, right?
