I probably wasn't very clear in the OP. What I meant was that if you take every feat displayed in either just the movies, or in all of canon (movies, TV shows, books/comics, etc.), and apply that all to a single (non-specific) Force user, which single character, using only their EU feats would be needed to beat said Force user.
The movies/canon Force user (obviously) doesn't get any EU feats, while the EU character is limited solely to what they've shown in non-Canon material.

Now I'm confused. I honestly thought my last post explained things well enough, but I might as well try again.
Take every feat shown in either just the movies, or all of canon. Use those to then create a composite movies/canon Force user. As in, a single Force user that has every ability, every feat, every ounce of power, and every single skill shown by any and every Force-wielding character in the aforementioned continuities (movies-only, and all of canon).
After all of that, find one single character in the EU that could, using only that character's EU-specific feats, beat the previously outlined composite Force user.
The composite Force user is a Force user with every feat ever displayed by every Force using character in either the movies, for Round 1, or all of canon (movies, TV shows, etc.) for Round 2. The EU Force user is any single specific character from the EU that can use only what we've seen from them in non-canon material.
It's not so much randomly picking characters, as seeing who's the weakest in the EU that can take on a composite movies/canon Force user. Though now that I think about it, a better thread might have been "Weakest EU character that can defeat the strongest canon character?", but hindsight is 20/20 I suppose.
Maybe I'm just terrible at explaining things, but I feel like this should be enough to understand my intentions with this thread.
