He is a joke character, even simon teh ewok killer cannot hope to even get him ! The things is that he cannot find an fight worth of his skills..... The anime is just hilarous..

Remember attack of the titans???? There is joke of Saitama single handly killing every ****ing Titan of the world...... That dude can kill superman with his super punch?? He already can destroy a town with his normal punch... (And it is a running gag, a cartoonish Villan make some supercool canime attack while screaming teh name of the attack, it is not really effective and then saitama go Normal punch, it is super effective, then all the bad guy run away and saitama is like "coucou". Or "hello there? trying to run away?"
