Posing as someone else, overpowering her, refusing to acknowledge her saying no, lying or manipulating her etc.
These are things that should and usually are taken seriously, especially if the girl is under 16.
Some girls don't know what's happening and justify the rape in their head. Screws them up.
There are also a lot of blurred area cases where it may or may not have been rape. Date rape, marital rape, drunk rape etc. and these are cases that are just, blurred. Some countries would take them serious, others, not so much.
Pedophilia is rape, if you're two teens or at a similar age and are having sex and one is underage, it's not pedophilia.

Aint You in England/UK? And aint it already legal there to screw a 14 year old? Unless its a Royal Blue Blue'd and then its 12 year olds.....as long as they keep it in the FAMILY!
