It's a good response. There's probably a good case to be made. He's occasionally more of a "Watcher" type, which could hurt him feat-wise, but he doesn't lack for some ridiculous displays of intelligence. But really, you've been here since 2006. However, on the subject of things I actually don't know about, what is True Brainiac? Wasn't he the bad idea that showed up for some crossover event last year, to try to do DC's last half-baked reboot? Does he actually have many noteworthy feats?

Even Galactus says that he has a universally relevent intellect,and even Doom admits in sw2 that he is smarter than him.He is right behind Thanos in my opinion.
