Since when does current movie Logan have bone claws? He had metal claws in both the future in DOFP, and in the past in Apocalypse.

At the end of The Wolverine, Silver Samurai chopped off the claws on Logan's right hand and they grew back in regular bone form, but DOFP seemingly ignored that.
