There's no reason to think the events in The Wolverine were changed.
Aaaactually... there might be. Events of Apocalypse played out differently in the new timeline than they did for the previous timeline. We see this in the epilogue of DOFP, where Jean still lives. The very fact that Apocalypse appears at all, which was never even hinted at in the original timeline. I believe many events have been retconned out, but we cannot be certain until they do the retelling.
That being said, it's not unheard of for Wolverine to reacquire his adamatium....
Also, that being said, CURRENT Wolverine has his adamatium claws. After all, in the current timeline, he JUST acquired them from Weapon X. Why are we going for bone claw Wolverine here?

There's been no word that The Wolverine was retconned.

Of course there is. Jean Grey never even died which will completely change that film. Besides the whole timeline has been reset. So it's for you to prove he still lost his claws in the new timeline.

How is The Wolverine more current than DOFP?
DOFP is the more recent film and takes place after The Wolverine.
There literally no argument for Logan to have bone claws since BOTH DOFP and Apocalypse showed him th his Metal claws.

Unless ypou have proof the canonicity of The Wolverine has changed, the events still happened.
It was never said or shown that everything was changed.
Because DOFP happened in the past and the future and X-men Apocalypse happened in the past, The Wolverine is the current timeline.

That is cirrcular reasoning Mindset. "The Wolverine is current Wolverine because it is." Shit doesn't work like that. DOFP pretty much rebooted the entire series, The Wolverine included, because that is logical and makes the most sense. Why does that vex you so?

The Wolverine is the current timeline because it takes place during the present.
The producer of the X-men movies said to ignore X3 and the first Wolverine movie, so according to her the rest of the movies are canon.

I've already given you the PROOF. Jean Grey no longer died. That was the SOLE reason Wolverine was out on his own in the first place. That changes the Entire movie. What's so difficult to understand here?
What's the current timeline? Star Wars is All in the past, does that mean Current Luke is a Force Ghost. No, Current Luke is the one shown in TFA, i.e the latest incarnation shown to us.
DOFP is the most current version of Wolverine we've seen. In fact the next Wolverine film is following on from DOFP. And there's no indication anywhere he has bone claws. None.

TFA is the present timeline in the Star Wars universe.
The plot of the next Wolverine movie isn't even known yet.
But you can believe whatever you want Kurupt Jr.

She never said anything of the sort. She said just ignore X3 and Origins because they sucked.
She never once said The Wolverine is canon to the reset timeline.
And I see you keep ignoring the fact that Jeans death had a huge influence on Logan in The Wolverine. IOW it can't possibly be completely canon in the reset timeline.
Apocalypse is the present timeline, with no mention of The Wolverine in that timeline. Sure some aspects of TW might make it into the new timeline, but you can't know what until the sequel.
And Fact is DOFP was in TW's timeline, and he had his metal claws back Even in that timeline.
But keep picking and choosing which facts you like, Quanchi Wannabe.

Well that's in the future, he could have gotten the adamantium back somehow.
If they're following the comics, his adamantium regenerates as well, since it was altered by his mutation.
Which would make sense (even though it likely wasn't planned) why in the first X-men film his metal coated skull is fully covered and isn't missing bullet-hole sized adamantium sections.
I haven't seen Apocalypse, if he's in it, does he show metal claws?
