Its coming from the countries that are sponsoring terrorism...like the ones I mentioned.
Islam is not a religion, it is a conquest ideology with religious aspects. We dont have to break the ideology down into divisions to figure it out.
Non American foreigners coming from countries that sponsor terrorism and other hot spots, the visa program needs to be stopped and halted until we can figure out what is going on.

What I'm saying is not all Muslims are Salafist Sunnis (the particular sect of Sunni Islam that allows Jihadism) yet you want to ban all Muslims including those who are not Salafist Sunnis, AKA the refugees are, forcing them to stay in Iraq and be genocidally killed by ISIS because they are not Salafist Sunnis, which is the reason they fled in the first place.
You guys said you wanted to figure it out. That's the situation figured out. Refugees are fleeing because they are not Sunni, and if they are forced to stay they will be massacred by ISIS for not being Sunni. It would be a genocide comparable to Rwanda (but nobody cared then, so I shouldn't be surprised at the apathy now)
A good way to filter out terrorists would be to separate the Sunni refugees, likely terrorists, from Shia and Sufis, who would be avoiding ISIS persecution. But sending them back home is sending them to be butchered.
Maybe you don't mind having women and children slaughtered out of negligence so you can sleep comfortably at night, but I do, so unlike you guys, trying to devise an interim plan so we can figure it out, I'm trying to figure it out directly.
