There's one small problem with this: Luke said Ragnos was a threat to the entire Jedi Order. This means Ragnos is a significant threat to Luke and dozens of other Jedi. How this doesn't leak into that thick skull of yours is beyond me.
Considering this massive threat was dealt with by Jaden Korr, it's pretty fair to say Luke was blowing it out of proportion. Seriously, what's beyond me is how you take Luke's statement at face-value as if he was the omniscient narrator or something and how you just put Ragnos above Luke going by the fact that he's considered 'a threat to the entire Jedi Order'. Not a fairly reasonable fear when you've dominated Dooku and have speedblitzed combatants on Asajj's level. Sidious is just paranoid.
You seem to forget he said he sensed Dooku's assassin's power increasing. He was afraid of what she could become under Dooku's guidance, not of what she was at that moment. Sure, he was wrong, but he was merely being cautious, not paranoid.
Because how else is a disembodied spirit who's power over the physical realm has diminished through being trapped for millenia suppose to fight? When Ragnos' spirit was not bound, it actually managed to hurl more powerful beings like Darth Nox aside:
The same way he fought against Protag and company? Do you have actual proof that his power over the physical realm has actually diminished or that he was any different to the version who fought the TOR Protag?
Also, in the end, the Protag was able to defeat Marka Ragnos' Spirit... How would Luke fare?
Yes it does. Sidious being the "most powerful Sith Lord ever" would suggest he can at least keep himself from keeling over and dying after a few days of tapping into his full power. Yet he can't. Sadow, on the other hand, can live for centuries whilst fully engulfed in the Dark Side's power. Would just like to point out that Luke considering Marka Ragnos a threat to the entire Jedi Order (how many Jedi was that even at the time? lol) does not mean he believed it would take the entire Jedi Order or anything close to it to take down a threat like Marka Ragnos.
To draw a real world example, one might claim that ISIS is a threat to entire western world, but that doesn't mean the entire worlds military strength is required to take down ISIS. A few nukes would suffice. 👆
EDIT: Also it was Dooku not Sidious who considered Savage a threat to both Jedi & Sith, which is supported by more objective sources.
