Man it must be terrible to be so old you don't remember what it is like to have fun.

"Critical praise"? HA!

Critics loved it, audience not so much.

a lot of people enjoyed it as well. but i guess their opinions don't count.

They don't 👆

okay, but outside of your fantasy bubble, they do in fact count.

They are not true fans.

oh i get it, you're trolling. phew

😗

"how can you call yourself a star wars fan when you don't hate the same movies that i hate REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" .

you're either parody-trolling (quite admirably), or you're a complete hypocrite.

funny little anecdote: i thoroughly disliked the prequels and was regularly accused (right here on kmc) of not being a "true fan". now i'm not a "true fan" because i enjoyed TLJ.
there should be a newsletter so that we can all know which opinion we're supposed to have in order to be a true fan.

TLJ Rotten Tomatoes critic score: 91%

TLJ Rotten Tomatoes audience score: 41%

Phantom Menace audience score: 59%

Womp womp.

polls are only valid when surt the squirt likes the outcome

When it comes to RT I trust the audience score more than the critics score.

It's always a red flag when there is a difference of 30-50 points.

yeah it's not like anyone can multi-account spam their polls with bots. /s

Lol if you want to discuss how many people liked this film...what other criteria is there to use? Money earned at the box office surely won't fly.
