While I agree she's on another level, not sure if I agree she'd win under these stipulations. Unless she has some great speed or durability feats I don't know of?

I love me some Killer Frost but this is a bad match up for her. Cyke's OBs aren't heat based at all, they're force beams. He's damn accurate with them too.

I would think that Cy would have bit of a range advantage.

*And her constructs can at least shield her from various misc. attacks that are not strictly heat based.

Her constructs(and physical durability) can also withstand GL attacks, non-heat attacks from FS, blasts from Weather Wizard's wand, etc... And *any* attack with warmth will only amp her.

She also tanked the most powerful fusion blast FS has EVER produced. Though she was admittedly absorbing the sun's energy simultaneously.

...But apparently Cyke's optic blasts produce no heat/warmth whatsoever..? I honestly have no clue.
