Trump official announced Pence as his running mate yesterday, but before introducing him to a national audience, he spoke for 29 minutes about:

His complaints about NAFTA, a trade agreement Pence enthusiastically supports

His claim that he opposed the war in Iraq from the beginning, which not only is a lie, but it is a war of which Pence has been an unrepentant cheerleader
He went on to say that Pence only supported Cruz in the Indiana primary because he caved to “tremendous pressure from establishment people” and that "one of the big reasons I chose Mike is party unity, I have to be honest.”
Hear that? Not because he is the best person for the job, but because partisan goals are foremost on his mind.
All of this after campaign sources reported Thursday night that Trump was having second thoughts and "was making some phone calls to try to assess if he was locked in to the Pence choice or if he could make a change."
Not to mention that his campaign failed to register TrumpPence.GOP, which now directs to a Never Trump website; the Trump/Pence logo was met with so much ridicule that it had to be changed; a number of the speakers listed on his underwhelming lineup were never confirmed or have withdrawn; and his personality is so toxic, that the Republican convention is facing an 8 million dollar budget shortfall because it cannot secure sponsors.
Just a preview of the shit show a Trump presidency would be.
