The buildup was poor, imo. Atlantis wasn't just badly adapted, but it was just plain bad. His powers weren't well-defined either, nor was the trident.

Wonder Woman was better by leaps and bounds. Man of Steel, for all its faults, could be argued to be better.

What was vague about his powers? He could talk to fish and relate as well as possessed the superhuman traits of the other atlanteans.

The visuals and action was pretty damn good. Man of steel had great visuals but the villain was poor and the fighting was repetitive. Zod kept losing all throughout the film.

Huh? The heroic journey in MoS has far more emotional content. Aquaman's just kinda gruff the entire time.

I don't think his powers were that well-defined at all. And that's without even getting in to the fact that they took Aquaman's main power and either sidelined it or made him need a special trident to use it properly.

Can't say I agree about the villain, but Wilson at least seemed to enjoy the role more than Shannon did.

That does look edited in the gif. They should find the person who did it and charge them with creating and distributing fake child pornography if so.

The vid Golgo posted is the full video, and it shows the part in the gif around the 1 minute mark. Gologo makes it seem like the whole thing didnt happen, which by the "real" video he posted, shows it happened.

Jason and his kids are right in a middle of an welcoming event in Hawaii. There was a Hawaiian dance that was presented for their arrival and there are media around them. Jason and his kids will do the Haka after the Hawaiian dance so he hugs them close and tries to calm down both his kids by rubbing the center of their chest. Jason was emotional while watching the ceremony and he was also distracted because he is talking to a guy instructing them about the Haka dance. Her daughter grabs his fathers arms and asks a question. That's all.

So, to answer your question: Nothing is wrong with Momoa.

Look at the video. He's doing it to both of his children. Putting his hand on their chest. His daughter pushes his hand away to ask him a question. I really don't see the big deal.
