I really don't give too much of a fuxk, though, honestly. I found the movie visually impressive, but ultimately too silly to take seriously.
I had fun with the first Aquaman film, but Amber kinda ruins it in hindsight.
I forget, but how far back did the Amber vs Johnny Depp stuff start? I liked her at first because of this film and some things until I started seeing the trial stuff later on.
As for Aquaman 2 being shit, I guess I can see that if you thought the first one was. I don't know much about the sequel though to say.

Pr really hates the casting of AquaMamoa.
Yeah first one was fun enough. So will watch in theatres. But not exactly waiting for it.

Now that I remember, I do recall some of the most diehard DCEU fanboys being vindictive and taking potshots at Grant Guston Flash for how cheap his suit material and effects look, some of whom called him cosplay Flash while Ezra to them was the real Flash, but comparing a smaller TV budget to a ****ing movie budget is stupid to begin with. Even then, Guston Flash had always been easier on the eyes and just overall more likable.
Is no secret though that those particular DCEU fans hate quality and just defend whatever they get handed to them by Lord Snyder, while attacking anything DC outside of the DCEU that is in any way better.

I don't like his casting, but tbh I think he's probably the least offensive thing about the movie itself. It helps that he seems like a good dude and he was Ronon Dex in Stargate Atlantis.
My problems with that movie run far deeper lol.

DCEU has been a disaster. And the fanboys just encouraged the sub-par quality by being in denial and quoting box office figures.
My nephews are big MCU fans but cant get into DC films. But One of them recently watched Flash Season 1 and couldnt believe how good it was ! Although I had to give him the unfortunate news that it really goes downhill after that.
