Who is the weakest character that can defeat...

For me Xavier, Magneto and Jean/Phoenix>Quicksilver. I doubt that even Singer wants to portray Quicksilver above mutants like Xavier, Magneto or Jean....and i doubt that Quicksilver is the most powerful mutant, because he's not.

IIRC, according to a video I found on Youtube that appeared to use sound calculations, Quicksilver's speed in Apocalypse was:

~ Mach 112,000 or 1/10 Speed of Light.

As much as I like Flash, QS smokes him (CW version).

Silver Surfer maybe? Final Wars Godzilla with a nuclear pulse.Radiation poisoning.

The real problem here is QS (fox) he is way faster than both flashes and his counterpart.
