Meetra wrecked an academy of Sith Masters (who knew the technique that allows them to grow more powerful based on Meetra's own strength), stomped Sion into the dirt and then beat Traya twice in a row. Traya casually murdered a group of Sith Assassins without even looking at them with the Force. She has galaxy wide TP.

Sion becomes submissive to Traya in vanilla as well. She's obviously far greater than him by the end of the game. Throughout the whole fight with him he's trying to prevent Meetra from facing Traya because he thinks Traya would wreck her shit horrendously. This despite Meetra whooping his ass.
