Bane should take this more often than not. For a street level villain, he has a great win/loss record. He has beaten Batman, Azrael, Nightwing, Red Hood, Tim Robin, Cobb Talon, Man-bat, Judomaster, Catman, to name a few. W/o plot armor the level of damage that Daredevil would have to produce for a win is extremely high. While Bane just needs one clean shot or a quick grab.

I hate that argument anyway, both have beaten better and have lost to worse.
i've not looked through bane/bats fight lately but i think they would be telling here. if bats usually uses his tech to help him take bane down, as opposed to just physical abilities, bane would likely beat dd for a majority. if bats primarily uses skill to win in their meetings, dd would beat bane as i view the 2 as near equals in every way, especially given dd's heightened sensory powers. be a close fight no matter which way you fall out though.
