Sith/Jedi have pre cog, bullets may be smaller but he'd still anticipate where they were going due to his pre cog, its only a matter of doing the Matrix thing and stopping them midair.
Sidious destroys all, if a weakling like Hawkeye can get the drop on Vision with electricity then Sidious stomps him easily.

This is an interesting statement. How do you know bullets are faster?
The average speed of a bullet on the other hand is 1,700mph. More than 10x the speed of a blaster bolt. And it's smaller. And invisible once fired.
And lol Relentless, seriously? Gonna need some proof that A)Sidious can do a "Matrix" move and stop multiple bullets at once. Kylo stopped a single blaster bolt, but what he did isn't something that can just transfer to other Force Users like Force Push. Also gonna need proof that B)Even with Pre-Cog, he's fast enough to actually react.
For example, This scan here features Mr. X, a low level telepath who can read his opponents mind to predict their moves. He knows everything Quicksilver is going to do, but he's not actually fast enough to react. Same problem with SIdious. He can see where the bullets are going all day, but he's got no on-screen speed feats(nor does any Force User) that show he can actually react to them.
Hell, Sidious couldn't even stop the pod that Yoda sent spinning at him.
Okay, I wonder if a bullet is faster than force lightning. Still don't see Sidious getting hit by a bullet.
Jet Li dodge a bullet in LW 4. Magneto was able to get his hands up before getting shot. All this shows is that Sidious doesn't have to dodge bullets just the movements of their hands and move before the shot is made which he can do easily or ignite his saber in the locations the bullets are coming which he should be able to do with no issues.
Wow. Just wow, lol. So just so I'm sure I get your meaning. You're under the assumption Sidious is fast enough to block 36 bullets from Widow's twin guns, when Jedi can barely block more than a few bolts at a time? Also you're forgetting about Hawkeye and his explosive, electric, etc... arrows.
And you clearly don't know how speed works. Going by how Force Users react to blaster bolts in the nick of time, they're not fast enough to block bullets which are on average at least 10x faster. And impossible to see.

You don't understand, he really likes Force users.

Use common sense here. Blaster bolts have been shown to hit fleeing space ships going much faster than 120 miles per hour. Don't mistake what the director wanted us visually to see, compared to how fast they actually are. Imagine a star wars where they did things to scale. You wouldn't even be able to see the blaster bolts really. Nor would you really see them blocked with a light saber. The whole point is to make it visually appealing and so you can see the action. It's the same as people claiming Supes and Zod were fighting at human level speed. Since we can visually see the punches, we see people around them able to perceive them. Yet in actuality, we know they were fighting much faster. Him trying to prove visually what a blaster appears to be, imo, doesnt' count for much.
Think about it, in movies sometimes we are shown bullets flying through the air. When in reality we wouldn't be able to see them. Does that mean those bullets defied the laws of science? Does that mean they were super slow bullets compared to normal? No, we know it means the director just wanted us to visually see them.
Sids stomps here btw.
