They aren't slowed down. If you ever read up on blaster weapons, you'd know the cartridges basically superheat tibanna gas and shoot it out. The result is a "blaster bolt". So it's not a laser weapon. It's basically a chunk of hot gas flying in a straight line.

He could Saber blitz her before she can even fire.

Her could TK her guns off her before she could react.

He could easily dodge and leap out of the way.

^ And this is all under the false assumption he couldn't just block her bullets with his Saber. Jedi do that with Pre-Cog, not because they move faster than the blaster bolt LOL. It's also under the assumption he couldn't just freeze them in the air like Kylo did, or deflect them with his hands like Vader did.

FYI what Kylo did was far far more difficult. Because what he froze wasn't even a solid object. And Kylo was confirmed to not be in Vader's league.
