Right, but it's still Sorcery, wasn't talking about combat sorcery...which frankly, I don't see the point of Sorcery for combat.
Ommin was beyond Arca's ability to defeat on a Dark Sided Onderon, but a novice Ulic overcame him when the time came to it. He's a footnote compared to the most powerful of the Ancients (for reference, all of his and Amanoa's Force power came directly from Nadd's spirit and the residual energy from his casket/trinkets, and they both died when he stopped empowering them due to being too old and poorly in health, I would guess).
So, able to overpower a legendary Jedi Master but can be overcome with enough willpower. Not even scratching the usual tiers we discuss.

Not really. Ommin was curbing the Jedi Strike team until Ulic went super saiyan, several of which could reflect blaster bolts with their hands and at least one of which could block basilisk cannon fire and block a heat storm. Also Nomi Sunrider. These were powerful Jedi, there were a lot of them and he whipped them. Ommin's a legitimately powerful Darksider. If Maul was clowning on a half dozen Jedi at once with the force, I reckon we'd be seeing a different analysis.
I also fail to see what role "willpower" played in Ulic's victory. He used the light side of the force to smash through Ommin's assault because he's powerful as shit.
