The Plutonian isn't limited to manipulating the sucker for love's mind. This isn't Moondragon he is dealing with.
ALL of Thanos power is vulnerable to The Plutonian's manipulations given his psionic abilities. That is PROVEN by The Plutonian's canon.
In direct contrast, NOTHING, in The Emo Eggplant's canon says he can do the same in regard to The Plutonian's level of psionic power.

I would actually agree with this. Like I said I think if a character has been shown to manipulate various esoteric forms of energy in the past I wouldn't have that big of an issue with arguing they could manipulate most kinds of energy.

Some of the stuff in the "Energy" section that might be energy manipulation:
-dissolves someones molecules. In the scan it seems he puts up some kind of forcefield around himself and when the person runs into it..it dissolves them. This is still some kind of attack obviously, but not a standard energy blast
-wraps Vision in some kind of energy bubble, seems like a form of energy manipulation there
-able to manipulate life force energies
They also include the feat where he teleports Champion with a beam of energy. I had always thought he had used some kind of technology for that,but if he didn't then that is also a form of energy manipulation.
Keep in mind I'm not saying these specific feats are sufficient to say he can manipulate almost any form of energy.
