Yo, Alaba, why is it that people think disagreeing equals taking stuff personal? So we don’t all see eye to eye. Fine, would be pretty darn horrible if we all did. I just have this strange idea that a forum is a place where people DISCUSS things. You know “well, I think this is the case, because so and so.”
Not just “You suck”. That basically boils down to “I disagree, but can’t really say why.”
The scene isn’t overdone. It is part of the movie, and as much a needed part as extended car-chases, kung-fu fighting and running around on walls.
The real world is about being human. Why do we need an extended show-down between Smith and Neo when 10 seconds and a little brawl would have sufficed? Hey, why not just leave out the car-chase? Morpheus, Trinity and Neo could’ve just escaped with the Keymaker without any trouble.
Both Keanu and Carrie are beautiful people. Sure, they’re naked, but you don’t even see any “nasty” “evil” parts of their body. You see their faces. It was beautiful and subtle.
That’s the point we’re trying to get across.

Ok I think they shouldn't of had it. It pretty much killed (for a time) the philosophical overtones of the movie. Here it is going all serious, then the next moment they turn it into a large orgasm party. Fairly sad. I think they did it just because it had an R rating and they could "get away with it." It didn't have to be in the movie at all, everyone already knows Trinity loves Neo.

yeah i really think that too it was necessary coz in M1 bothing ocered. So they had to put it in M2...and its the only sex scene in both movies
