Could the Outlander replicate Kenobi's duel with ROTS Vader?

*This is Outlander as of 2nd duel with Arcann

Can Outlander fend off Mustafar Vader's assault and press him with his own skill? Or was Kenobi's defense the only reason he survived?

The Outlander not having any of Kenobi's advantages and all of his disadvantages probably would help him beat Vader, yeah.

The Outlander has the raw power and dueling skills to pull it off.

It's not far-fetched to consider the Outlander to be Kenobi+ tier in lightsaber combat, considering you're lauded as the best lightsaber duelist of the order far before KotFE. It's difficult to compare lightsaber skill between eras, though.

Anakin was hindered yes, but Kenobi was dueling exceptionally well compared to what he's normally capable of. They were equals throughout the whole fight until Obi-Wan seized the tactical advantage.
