I'm gonna play on Quans side for this. Let's just say for a second that Khan somehow made it within arms reach of Palp, which is unlikely but let's say he did. What would stop him from literally punching a hole in his chest?

3. TK Barrier

4. Palpatine breaking Khan's arm with Force Enhanced Strength

5. Palpatine breaking Khan's arm with TK

6. Palpatine mind-raping Khan

Palpatine could literally just physically beat Khan to death, and there is nothing Khan can do about it.

None of these are within Palpatine’s character, other than 1, and Khan is completely covered in that area. Nice try, but not nice enough.
