Even the Miraluka are a race of blind Humanoids that use the Force to see.
Palpatine could see Khan yards away and use TK to pinch a tiny part of Khan's brain and kill him instantly.

Palpatine’s saber is not just a mere extension. A Sith/Jedi’s sword skill is paramount to their survivals. Palpatine took on Mace Windu and 2 other Jedi Knights casually. He was winning, the only reason he lost to Mace was because Mace’s fighting style.
Right after that, Palpatine after taking his own lighting took on Yoda and made him retreat.
Darkness is useless to Jedi and Sith. They don’t need their eyes to see when they can just sense you. And Palpatine is one of the best in the verse. This is also the same Palpatine that hid his presence from being known by the Jedi council. Lighting and Tk aren’t just targeted abilities, they can be use as an AOE attack.
Khan has nothing in strength when it comes to Palpatine’s use of the force. One force choke, one force to, one force lighting is all that’s needed. And if Palpatine wants to be a sadist, he could and would just torture Khan, the same way he did to Darth Maul’s brother casually, after taking both of them on.
This is not a fight, this is a damn slaughter. Palpatine won’t even move form his spot.

Perfect clarity you say? Can you provide a scene from the movies where this sensitivity was demonstrated?
The Miraluka? Which Episode were they introduced? Maybe the Clone Wars animated film? Could you provide an image of them?
The Chancellor has never demonstrated that level of precision in the films. He was always more about bombastic action and top level ham. Delicious.
I think Khan is plenty capable, though I'll concede that the darkness is probably hindering him in a fashion. The question is if he can turn it to his advantage.

None of that matters because Palpatine doesn't have a lightsaber in this fight.
I'd accept that as a feat for durability. Not sure how that translates to fisticuffs, though.
I'll ask you the same as I asked Lighter, can you point to a scene from the movies that demonstrates it? Force sense is acute, I can accept that, but is there really no margin of error there? I think it can be discussed.
Palpatine hiding his presence from the Jedi is inadmissible in this case. Khan is not a Jedi, he wouldn't be fooled by Force obfuscation.
When were either ability demonstrated as such?
Your stance is that Palpatine Force abilities are the key to his victory. That's a decent stance to argue from. If you can provide the evidence, I'll endeavor to refute it. In the meantime, let's discuss what happens if Khan does get close enough. Could Palpatine overpower him physically?
If Palpatine won't move, it'll be easier for Khan to zero in on him. 😉
