U.S. owes Blacks Reparations According to the U.N.

Touchy subject, but I'm not sure giving every person in the US who can prove they had slave relatives a check would really solve anything. Unless someone has a reasonable argument for?

Statisics show that there's a correlation between growing up in improvised areas and a lack of education with crime. Considering black communities have the higest rate of poverty, maybe focusing there would be good.

Even though this is from Lulzbart and its intent is to be incite some kind of racist primal rage inside every white person, I agree that black people should get reparations. It's long overdue. Just directly giving people money has been shown that on average, they will do reasonable and good things with it.

I'd go so far as to say that the U.S. owes the low- and lower middle class reparations—regardless of ethnicity. But that's due to classicism and not racism.
