But he never used the word racial, and they added it. That is called manipulation, that is called flat out lying. They did similar shit with the Milwaukee riots. It is irrelevant what he has said before, you quote the shit the man says, period. You do not add shit, and to see anyone defend it is just pathetic as hell. What he said to Bill O'Reilly is irrelevant. That's not even debatable, it's irrelevant. This is about misquoting him on purpose, it's not about the shit he has said to others.

Also yes,I do think she will turn this country into a shithole. It will just be a different kind of shithole. It won't be an obvious one, because this kunt likes to do her shady shit behind the scenes and not out in the open like Trump.

She won't have public melt downs on twitter, she'll just f*ck us over and we won't find out until long after she has left the office.

They certainly could have commented that it sounds like racial profiling, but nope: you don't frickin add or subtract words to quotes. Quote the person as is and then perhaps give an opinion on it, but you don't just add shit because you feel like it. You don't add words to a quote because you feel it captures what the person is trying to say better.

This is why the media is so untrustworthy, especially CNN. Tell us EXACTLY what someone has said, and let us judge. Do not manipulate shit.

Just like if a dead thugs sister is telling people to go burn down the suburbs, you don't frickin only show the part where she is telling people to stop, you show the whole damn thing, this isn't rocket science. It's called not being deceitful. Can you explain to me why that is so hard for the media? To not be deceitful? Any thoughts on that..at all?

You know what guys just don't mind me or the things I say. I'm just burnt out. This is one of the first elections I really paid a lot of attention to, really cared about it and I'm realizing it's all irrelevant, I am irrelevant, we all are.

We lack power, so we're irrelevant in the grand scheme of things when it comes to politics. There isn't even a point in arguing about it anymore.

This has shown me it's not worth it to care, because I can't change a damn thing. I'm just going to go back to what I did before and just not care at all about it.

http://www.cnn.com/2016/09/19/politics/donald-trump-racial-profiling/

"Trump did not say on what attributes he would encourage police to profile possible suspects, but It's illegal for police to subject US persons to disparate treatment based on their race or other protected status."

They didn't add any words to his quote lol.

In the specific quote they claimed he said the word "racial" he didn't say it.

This isn't about if Trump talked about racial profiling at other times. This is about CNN manipulating stuff.

I'm confused at what you think the link shows, because it doesn't have any quotes where Trump uses the word "racial".

In fact just to be sure I will do a word search for "racial" on the article.

*Does it*

Word racial was used three times in article, none of which were quotes from Trump.

It's fine if you want to say "well, he MEANT racial profiling" but CNN is a news network and they shouldn't be changing the shit people say in order to reflect their own opinions on what the guy means.

Maybe instead of caring about whether someone did or didn't call someone Miss Piggy or whether someone does or doesn't have pneumonia and instead cared about what their policies are and how they're going to be implemented and what they want them to achieve and most importantly, where compromise can be reached between different visions and where it can't and a singular vision would be more effective you might actually feel that the election has some relevancy.

With every passing election the US slips further and further into partisan entrenchment where policies are a side show and the main attraction is how much vitriol each side can spew at the other.

Now I'm not saying that these issues are totally irrelevant. Anything that stands as testament, good or bad, to a candidate's statesmanship, trustworthiness and effectiveness is obviously worth bringing up. But it's all you people seem to focus on. Policy ideas are reduced to moronic soundbites and there's no pressure put on the candidates to flesh them out and explain them so when one does get into power they are totally useless.

The problem is that doesn't sell. Just talking about policies is boring to most people. They want people to keep paying attention, keep tuning in.
