Hard to say what becomes of the country's political climate once the Clinton presidency ends. Since the 2010s we've see. A few grassroots movements like the Tea party, Occupy Wall st, among other groups that despise the political class- and we've seen upsurges for once fringe candidates like Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders reach record numbers of support. Obviously, it's not enough if idiots keep voting to elect scum like Clinton into office, and there isn't anything resembling a boiling point like we saw in the Arab spring, Brexit, or enough fury from the populace to actually elect someone that can change the corruption of government.
