I wouldn't put Krayt and Caedus that high or Starkiller for the matter. Suit Vader is highly unlikely to be there. I more or less find your placements acceptable except for Tier 3.

Starkiller and Vaylin can be downgraded to top 4, IMO. Vader can be 3 but at the bottom. Exar Kun above Krayt/Caedus and Revan above Kun.

Vaylin and 'killer- ehhh...I need to rethink their ranking.

Vader is near the bottom.
