Anyway, Dooku is obviously superior at this point. His feat in Jedi Quest marks him as a heavy lifter and the calibre of people he's beaten/incapacitated are vastly beyond someone who can't break rusty Ol Ben's guard and gets kicked about by Maul in resurrection - which is a legends publication.

On the other hand Vader has been stated, by a number of sources, to be better.

Sidious saying his skills are unparalleled among the Sith, that he's a superior candidate (as an apprentice) to Dooku, Hidalgo stating Vader is at his strongest at this point, who surpassed, Anakin who surpassed Dooku etc.

Normally I'd say Vader for Legends; now I'm not so sure...

Composite ANH Vader wins. Canon ANH Vader wins. Legends ANH Vader loses.

Er...why does Legends ANH Vader lose? By ANH he's already faced off against powerful Force Users and has some impressive Force feats.
