Not many people under Skyfather, if any. He's a solid Trans-level being pretty much solely from punching people really hard.

Maybe PC Validus. Maybe someone competent in the Destroyer armor. Maybe WBH. Can't think of any others off the top of my head.

Maybe high end Odin, but Prime's magic immunity would make it tough even for him.

From what I recall of Trion Juggernaut, he could probably do it, even though he only has like, less than 5 appearances. Nothing to be embarrassed of there though, it only takes a being with the combined power of a handful of elder gods to beat Prime in a physical contest, lol.
