Cin Drallig vs. Galen Marek (Felcucia) [Lightsabers Only]

Galen as of his fight with Shaak Ti - lightsabers only. Battle takes place in the Jedi Temple.

Cin Drallig solidly, every time

I'd say Galen.

Galen struggled to beat Ti, who is solidly below Cin Drallig

You're gross.

Galen easily.

Galen murks.

Cin Drallig, easily.

Cin Drallig wins. More skilled than Shaak Ti and implied by Dooku to be able to defeat Legends Grievous.

None of that is true.

"But I pity you should you have to face off against any of the Council Masters."

He called into hand his courtly, curve-handled lightsaber and drew a rapid X in the air - a Makashi flourish.

"Do I need to demonstrate what responses you can expect from Cin Drallig or Obi-Wan Kenobi? From Mace Windu or, stars help you, Yoda?"

He flicked his blade quickly, ridding two of the guards of their staffs, then placing the glowing tip a millimeter from Grievous's death-helmeted visage.

"Finesse. Artfulness. Economy. Otherwise, my friend, I fear that you will end up beyond the repair of even the Geonosians. Do you take my meaning?"

-Labyrinth of Evil

That is beyond Shaak Ti. And Galen Marek.

Cin.

Context. He was angry that Grievous was not showing respect to dueling with his mechanical movements or whatever ( the Count's pretty petty sometimes as you can see in his monologue with Anakin and how he should have learned to fight one handed ). He was scolding Grievous. Given Grievous stalemates Mace later in the novel despite being at a bigger disadvantage we know what Dooku's saying isn't true.

Except the reprint has him saying the exact same thing about Shaak Ti. Not to mention, Tyranus was extremely angry at General Grievous and tried to humble him.

And Ti was compared to Dooku himself at one point, which is obviously beyond Drallig.

What reprint? When was LoE reprinted? I can't find like anything on it.

I googled it and apparently there's one in early 2005, one in late in 2005, and one in 2007. Apparently, either the late 2005 or 2007 has Shaak replacing Drallig for that accolade.

May or may not be false, since this started on KMC and this is the place that believed Bandon was > Sidious, Luminara was ~ Dooku and Nomi ragdolled Krayt dragons, and had fake quotes for it.

? I can't find anything about an 07. There's just the Hardcover and Paperback, both in 05 just in different months. I have one copy as a PDF, so I'm not sure which it is.

Nevermind.

So what if he was angry? His assessement of three of the combatants is correct, so why not Drallig?

Windu didn't stalemate Grievous; the engagement lasted only a few seconds and was inconclusive. More information can be found here

And we know Obi-Wan defeated Grievous, and nobody questions Yoda would trash him. Dooku has proven himself to be a credible source in these things, which leads me to believe his assessment of Drallig is correct.

Plus Dooku notes, those are the same moves he used on Hypori where he trashed all those Jedi.
