Midnighter(either version) outstats X by a large amount. Also, his battle computer is superior to X's tp, as X knows what you're about to do, but that's beatable as shown by QS just being too fast, and Danny using Drunken Fist.

Mids will know basically every single move X can and will make before he does, and he'll f*ck his day up as soon as he tries.

Just like he knew J'onn's moves? 😉

The thing is, knowing what someone can do and being able to do anything about it are two different things. In this case, X doesn't have to do a thing except sit back and let Midnighter make all the first moves, and then counter them.

I think both would counter them for a bit, but Midnighter is stronger, faster, and has a more reliable battle computer.

Hmmm. So normal human tries to block a full force kick from a guy who beats up legit superhumans and can find the weak point in his body which at this point is probably numerous after QS turned him into paste with a piece of rebar. Don't see that ending well for X. Also Midnighter moves fast enough that he shouldn't even be able to keep up.
