Deadpool 2

If we're expecting actors playing these roles to match the hyper-muscular artwork of comics, especially what was popular in the 90's, we're going to be disappointed. Unless of course we want to hire WWE wrestlers for the roles.

Edit: Reminds me, Brolin was on the "could play" list Screenrant did when Deadpool was still in theaters

should have picked my man Stephen Lang tho.

Lang looks the part more to me, but Brolin's a fine choice and I think a better actor overall. I think we'll all be impressed by Brolin's Cable. Well, except for the edgelord opposition whiners.

Lang would look good in the interim, but he's too old to do the role long term.

The problem I think lies somewhere in-between. Brolin is a tad smaller than I would have liked, but I'm sure he'll do a good job with what he's given.

Josh Brolin is a great choice. I'm sure he will make up for any of his perceived physical limitations for the role with his screen time.
