Just shows how shit they are. A distracted mechanic can dodge ZK's strikes...
- The Outlander is among the most powerful Force-users in galactic history.
- Lana Beniko was a powerful Sith Lord with decent feats.
- Senya was the former leader of the Knights of Zakuul and had the distinction of defeating Vaylin later.
- The others were heroes in their own right as well. Normal beings like them have held their own against Force-users from time to time.
A lone Knight of Zakuul may not stand a chance against the strongest Jedi and/or Sith, but a group them is an entirely another matter.
Unless you are Valkorion or above, you do not stand a chance against a large group of Knights of Zakuul.
Satele Shan also pointed out the The Outlander that Jedi and/or Sith dropped like flies against hordes of Knights of Zakuul.
On top of everything, Knights of Zakuul vary in power as much as the Jedi and Sith among themselves. Some are super-strong and some are average.

Starkiller oneshotted a group of his own clones, some of them more powerful than himself, some less. While the Outlander on the other hand needed his ass being saved by a bunch of civilians against 20 Skytroopers 😂
If Starkiller could one-shot a bunch of Force-users equally strong and competent (or superior), than he should have no trouble handling Palpatine or Darth Vader. It doesn't makes any sense.
Says you. Canon says otherwise:
And yet... Confidence, determination, intelligence, and cunning-combined with physical strength and agility-the clones possessed every attribute he did, in greater or lesser degrees. He saw in their faces the same confusion he felt. They were all clones, so who was he to stand out from among them? What special qualities set him apart?
