Goku never ran out of ki when fighting Beerus, he never powered down even after having a hole punched through him.
Currently whenever Goku or Vegeta take a hard hit, they immediately power down.
The time stop feat pales in comparison to the universe 2 universe threatening punches.
There is simply No way for Black to beat Red, its not even and option, Red will wear him down and destroy him.
I'm not comparing time stop with universe-destroying punches, but the efficiency of the time stop. Whis said time stop work better against opponent with equal or lesser power level. SSR's movement would've been stopped by Hit if Goku didn't turn SSB when he attacked Hit. Besides, Vegeta was annoyed Goku still saved his blue form, when Goku transformed to red, which implies Goku is still saving his strength (SSB).

Name any screen feat SSB has above SSR that tops any of the feats I just described.
SSR is the true transformation. SSB is Goku's modified without help.
Beerus flat out admitted he was at or beyond 100% with SSR.
I know what Akira said, but we dont base it of "said feats" or "writers intent", its based on screen feats.
So we need screen feats to prove Blue or Black is above SSR
The Super Saiyan Goku that fought Beerus when he went from Red hair to yellow hair. Who is more powerful, that version of Goku or Super Saiyan Red Goku. I'm referring to the Goku that lost his red hair during mid battle against Beerus and was fighting him in Super Saiyan form.

Goku kept his blue powerup AND Kaio-Ken when Hit just about KO'd him.
