Man, times like this i really did wish i read TWD. I mean seriously, looking at how the TWD universe rolls and seeing a man like Jesus just coming in looking like Batman and Captain America, whooping peoples ass like that..god damn that's not fair.

It's really good. One of my best comics I have read.

Totally missed this in October. Interesting. Going with Stilt's initial assessment.
Also gave Galan a chance to post many cool TWD scans. 😛 👆
Glad you bumped it. 👆

Have Negan and Lucille been replace as you're top TWD character?

Jesus is my second favorite character in the series -- second only to Negan himself.

Really hoping to get a "Here's Jesus!" backstory after Negan's has wrapped-up. 👆

No doubt. 👆

Jesus is a legit comic book character amongst a slew of 'real world' characters. No one is even remotely in his league individually.

I never read the comic and only jumped in on season 4 of the show, but assuming he's viable...where's Morgan?! Not that I think he's a solo match for Jesus or anything, but at least on the TV series he's shown some skills with that stick.

Morgan died way back in issue #83(we're almost to issue #162 now.)

In the comics he was never remotely close to The Book of Eli, like he is in the show. 😛

He died a while back, and he was nothing like his TV version.

*Sniped you. 🥷

Ah. Totally makes sense not to include him then. I withdraw the question lol

Morgan is probably the most proficient in the show outside of Michonne. I believe they keep hin alive for pc purposes.

You should read the comics

Funny how the show can be so similar to the comics in some ways, yet COMPLETELY different in others. Andrea is probably the single biggest example of this.

I wish he'd break out of the zen mode and go back to being Clear Morgan. But then Rick has no opposite counterpart.

Yeah I agree. It's a shame because Laurie Holden looked a fair bit like her and she was at one point becoming a really skilled marksman. Then they just dumped the character. She could have been redeemed. But she also had an emotional ending which was nicely done.

Her depiction saddened me the most. I mean she acted the part they wrote well. Everyone hated her but she was a complete deviation.

I havent seen any episodes since Ezekiels first appearance. In retrospect though im not even sure if the show truly needs morgan. He doesnt add anything that say the preacher doesnt

In contrast, Andrea is still alive, and has become Rick's wife in the comics(Carl even calls her 'mom', ffs), and she is a wickedly haxx sniper. I imagine Michonne will ultimately fill that role in the show -- unless Ezekiel pulls the robbery on Rick, of course. 😈

The one thing I'm glad they didn't add in the show is Dale ****ing Andrea, onscreen that would disgusting 😘

I've never watched it before but I've thought about watching it now so it occupies the time waiting for the 2nd half of TWD.

Couldn't get into FTWD.

@galan it has it's moments. It's still early on and i believe its trying to still find itself

It'll annoy you at first glance. But if you're patient with your viewing it could grow on u
