Speaking to the Jewish Press about the January 25, 2006, election for the second Palestinian Legislative Council (the legislature of the Palestinian National Authority), Clinton weighed in about the result, which was a resounding victory for Hamas (74 seats) over the U.S.-preferred Fatah (45 seats).
"I do not think we should have pushed for an election in the Palestinian territories. I think that was a big mistake,” said Sen. Clinton. “And if we were going to push for an election, then we should have made sure that we did something to determine who was going to win."
If this is really what the FBI are investigating now, Clinton has nothing to fear. So I doubt it. You people better pray the FBI has something juicer than that or Clinton's going to laugh.

Isn't it kind of sad though that she wouldn't have anything to fear from this? I'm not saying toss her into prison for it or anything like that. I just find it sad that we have so many people whining about Trump saying the system is rigged and this shows these people genuinely have zero qualms about rigging systems so a certain person can win.

Because it's an overall benign comment that can be taken several ways mixed it with negative views of Hamas, who have been viewed many a time by the US as Islamic Extremist/Terrorist.

People whined about Trump talking about not having faith in the system, do you think this at all lends at least some credence to that?
Also saying you are going to do something to make sure you determine who will win is saying you are going to somehow try to influence the election. Though wait thinking about it..how would this be what they are investigating her for? They weren't investigating her about being shady and messing with the elections of other countries, they are opening back up the email thing. I would think this would be a separate issue to look into?
