Who is helped more in their comic book more?

DC having a HH be their story telling saviour, (spectre anyone?) and a street leveller (penguin, two face lol) hanging with HH's lol.
How would that work without a company funded PIS?

With Batman being more grounded in RW physics its easier to say, "that would never actually work" though again, it does, because the writer says so.

Batman is helped a lot more by it. With Superman PIS is a hindrance to him, it limits him, makes him not necessarily behave in a way that is smart or logical. With Batman it's the exact opposite.

In other words, Superman is so awesome they need to try to handicap him a bit, and Batman is so very very shitty that he needs all the love and tender care one can get.

I always throught galaxy busters should be above skyfather unless it is a very small galaxy.

There is nothing funny about it, Supermans greatness needs to be toned down because of how awesome he is. Meanwhile Batman could literally be killed by tripping and falling down a flight of stairs if he landed at the wrong angle.
