I'm not saying Batman isn't loaded with PIS. Superman is in a weird situation in that regard too, but singling those two out is still wrong, imo. There are plenty of people you could put right beside them.

The OP was exactly what I was commenting on, though.

i'd say superman. after he has become so fast and so strong its a wonder that there is any suffering on the planet of earth still. when new 52'ed him they brought him back but they didn't change bats as much. so I think batsy in recent time has less PIS.
