I heard basically due to the line being cut off at 7pm but it took hours to get those in the line to vote. So they are arguing this creates another voting establishment iirc.

Something like that. I'm watching the trial and the county court is saying that if a line exists you can join in it early voting situations.

The judge seems to obviously think this guy is insane.
