Both parties are against him. I think he'll be a do nothing president, either because Congress won't let him do anything, or because he never intended to follow through on his promises and coast (Like other celebrity politicians. Jesse Ventura as Governor is one prime example.)
Foreign policy wise, if he's smart, he'll surround himself with experts who know what they're doing, and follow their lead. I doubt very much he'd execute his authority to control the military for 90 days, because he saw how that turned out for Bush. Who needs that kind of hassle.
So yeah, four years will go by in a flash, and then it's more of the same.
