This happened a very long time ago. As a matter of fact, people that were toddlers back when Tyrant was introduced as a character are at least 25 years old. From what I recall, Tyrant scoured the Multiverse after his defeat at the hands of Galactus seeking to restore his lost power. I could be wrong though, because like I said, it was a very long time ago, and I was a lot younger. In that period of time, it would not be unheard of if Tyrant had actually become more powerful than Galactus, or more powerful than he was when he was defeated by Galactus. For all we know, Galactus may have had outside help in order to defeat Tyrant, because he certainly didn't look superior to Tyrant when Tyrant took everything that he gave, only to turn the tables on him. Tyrant looked superior to me, regardless of what tech was used.

Tyrant found a way to become stronger than he was when Galactus defeated him in their first conflict. Unless you can explain why Galactus needed to prep himself for their last conflict. Tyrant was dominating him. How about this, someone should post the entire fight so that we don't misrepresent anything that happened. From what I saw Tyrant would have defeated Galactus with or without the tech that he took control of.

Logic. It is very much implied, because if Tyrant was in fact weaker than he was when Galactus beat him, he wouldn't have sought to confront Galactus again unless he was stupid. Do you follow? He confronted Galactus. He even challenged Galactus by taking Morg hostage, and Galctus did nothing. When they finally got into it, Galactus prepped for the battle by feeding, and Galactus was still on the losing end. I challenge you to prove that Galactus was superior based on what took place during their final battle. Anyone saying that Galactus would beat the shit out of Tyrant would have to prove this. You're one of those people so you have to prove it. You can't prove it though. Why? Their first battle happened off panel. For all we know, Galactus may have used outside aid to defeat Tyrant in their first battle. This is something unknown. What we know, is that Galactus could not defeat Tyrant under his own power in the final conflict. Are you still following?

In their very first encounter since Tyrant's initial defeat and exile on panel, both sides agreed to leave each other alone. The funny thing is, Tyrant had what Galactus wanted : Morg. Yet Galactus walked away empty handed and Surfer even called him out on it.
That tells you all you need to know about Tyrant's power level. Also keep in mind Galactus FED before this and then went to seek out Morg AND he caught Tyrant off guard, yet STILL he backed down.
