Yeah, but Robbie has a lot of fault as the producer, she is totally fine as the actress. Same for Elizabeth Banks as the director, she doesn't fit the position.
I don't hate her but I highly disagree about her decision to bring the BoP but not presenting them well at all. The old TV series has flaws, but the cast was at least fine.

I'm not a huge fan of the original series either, but that at least had the benefit of them not "technically" being the same BoP that we're all used to seeing. They were different characters at least in part.
This new one... There's nothing appealing about it at all to me.

Because WB and Robbie had no intention to do them well at all. It's all about Harley Quinn.
Barbara, Canary, Huntress and Cain are all very cool characters and would be awesome to present on screen if they follow the source material well. Vixen is the coolest black heroine if they want to use. They also got Gotham and Batman behind them to boost the popularity. Better female characters is also a big advantage of DC, especially since Marvel didn't have more than half of their top heroines' movie rights until recently.
Sad to see such good materials got wasted like that. If you want a Harley Quinn movie why not do Gotham Siren or pick some sidekick characters to do a solo. But NO, Robbie was possibly worrying about being overshadowed by Catwoman and Ivy, and even if they do that I'm sure both character would get similar treatment like the BoP, along with tons of PC garbage.

She was great in Wolf of Wall Street and in stuff like I, Tonya too. No, BoP isn't a movie you go see for acting quality, but that doesn't suddenly take away her previous performances.

True, she is a very good actress and she fits Harley perfectly.
I don't know why didn't she go to the Joker route, make a R rated drama movie to explain Harley Quinn origin. She surely has the skill to do so.
