Why not do another character study film (similar to Joker) about Harley Quinn to establish her as a character and then introduce these "Birds of Prey" in a separate film? Her backstory would be so much more interesting to introduce the character. But instead I'm having trouble deciding if Suicide Squad or this is worse. It's a tough choice.
Oh, and Margot Robbie didn't even look good in this. That's a difficult feat to accomplish, so a bigger f#ck-up is hard to envision.
That part confused me as well, I was under the impression that she's so good looking, she'd look good no matter what. But she looked meh in this.

I proceeded 2 have a cpl brews and by mid point in the film i was both a lil drunk and still a lil high and it still sucked.
By the end my weed high had gone away but i was still a lil drunk and yep u guessed it, still garbage.
So in conclusion, whether drunk, high, or drunk and high this movie was poop.
In fact not only did they not enhance my enjoyment of the film, the opposite actually happened, the film kind of ruined my buzz.

There was not even one positive portrayal of a male figure. Even the cops were dirty, cowards, incompetent, and or glory hogs.
And the one guy who treated Harley nice eventually sold her out for some cash. Not even because his life or his family life was threaten, but just some $$$.
Black Mask may be the worst villain depiction of all time. Check all the boxes for a generic bad guy, trust fund baby turns wannabe gangster.
Someone at WB/DC thought it was a good idea to take probably the best fighter in DC and turn her into a pudgy pickpocketer who cries and hides during combat.

Accidentally streamed the wrong Birds of Prey. I kept saying "It's even worse then I thougbt", "Why does everyone look like a porn star?", and "This is like a CW movie version of Birds of Prey".
I really do think the CW hired porn stars as cheap labor.
