Not all of them did, but some? Clearly did. Some even seem to almost respond in a manner that appears they feel she was being serious.
This is the internet so it's hard to tell.

It's understandable, imo. There seemed to be no violence, so that's good.
Even if we dismiss her "donating" money to senators who then voted yes to her position, she's still unqualified for the job, her hearings were a mess. The fear that she'll divert taxes from public schools to fund charter/for profit schools is real. It will happen, imo.
You may not care, but teachers and parents with children in public schools have cause to be concerned.
