^^^Yes he was

OMG...Did my and Riv's thread get merged?

Talk about an uncomfortable yet thankfully silent situation...

Oh well... Ding Dong The Wicked Castro's Dead!

It just feels like putting a fire out..but only after it has completely consumed everything you own.

^^^There's never enough time to do things right, but always enough time to do things twice.

Did you guys hear that Castro's stepping down and handing power over to his brother, Dennis?

You mean Old Dennis the Dictator?

Yeah I be that will work out well.

What the f*ck is up with what the Canadian PM said about Castro? He called him a "remarkable leader". What the hell is going on in Canada?

Trudeau's father was buddies with Castro, and Castro was a pallbearer at his funeral. He's got some family-friend loyalties to him.

He backtracked a little after the backlash, admitting Castro was a dictator, and saying he had “significant concerns around human rights.”.

But hey, he's just being honest ya know? Canadians voted for Trudeau because they like how honest he is and doesn't just say things to be in line with political currents.

So he was being honest when he called Fidel a remarkable leader?

Wouldnt surprise me. A lot of people thought he was.

I bet none of them were gay.

Ok.

He speaks his mind. That's why everyone voted for him. He was a politician who would speak his mind and wasn't afraid to say what he really felt. A good trait in a politician, right?

If I believe in fairies and elves and speak my mind about it, is that a good trait?

46.3% of American voters would be okay with it, is all I'm saying.

But not something that is recommended for the common citizen in Cuba.
