Would Sentry's body being destroyed count as a forum win? If so then how is this a fair fight? Neither of these characters have the ability to prevent Sentry from reforming.
If it is then WBH wins easily. As he can kill Thanos and Sentry with utter ease. And neither have the power output (on their best day) to even damage WBH IN THE SLIGHTEST.
Thanos wins, he has been shown to have ebough wits to deal with planet killers.
WBH and Sentry might be more powerful but Thanos is smarter
Hulk could deal with sentry as shown by Pak Hulk was the monster who became the hero after the Hero (sentry) let his power go, became the monster and the bigger threat to manhattan. Hulk was able to make sentry to run out of energy and still capable of powering up to the point that je caused an earthquake on the eastern sea borne.
Now this is a power up for both sentry and Hulk, but judging how voidtry was damaged by a force like the helicarrier falling from the sky and seeing how MM was unstable at the time of their encounter leads me to believe that a guy who can screw a planet with a single punch will generate more than enough force to mess up with Sentry or death seed Sentry and eventually make him run out of juice or just KO him.
Which will leave Thanos to deal with WBH in which case and as I said before Thanos has the intelligence and wits to deal with planet killers.

You've failed to take into account, Bob's, mental instability and how it affects his powers.
Every failing you've mentioned involving The Sentry involves his trying to keep his Void persona in check.
The essence of Remender's Death Seed is that this is the Sentry WITHOUT mental instability and is therefore at the peak of his powers.

Lets put it this way.
If you want to get killed by a single ant it is practically imposible for the ant to killyou even if you are willing to die and even if the ant tries. The ant will need to have certain amount of power level in order to be successful.
Same thing happens with sentry, the upgrade might help him, but WBH is just leaps and bounds above the power level displayed by WWH.
Thanos get to defeat one or the other it doesn't really matter who wins between DS Sentry and WBH
I might be wrong with DS Sentry but he is not beating Thanos.

Sentry wasn't serious when he fight Hercules. He mostly tried to speak with him.
Hercules' & Thor durabilities aren't that high.
Ares beat Hercules and Sentry torn Ares apart.
Sentry destroyed Ares whom kicked Hercules' ass
I've addressed this already but it took 3 hits for Hulk to take Hercules out.
It was regular Sentry and he didn't try to seriously destroy Namor.
He beat him without problem.

Iron Man couldn't beat Sentry physically so he overloaded CLOC, Sentry's computer) with informations so Sentry was overwhelmed with information and couldn't make a choice.
That's not exactly the context that you are implying.
Sentry was weakened during the WWH event and both reverted to their human forms.
Splitting New York is nothing when you take in consideration that a stable Sentry destroys entire worlds while holding back.
For example:

[*]Sentry stopping Exitar's descent when Rogue amped by the power of all Heroes on Earth, including Hulk, and amped by Hulk's GAmma Emission failed to even slow down the Celestial.
[*]Sentry completely ignoring the Thing attack while the same punch made the Hulk bleed.
